Showcase

Today I am going to do two posts, this first one is to showcase some lovely creations by two lovely followers, Christine and Jenny.  Both of these ladies are non-bloggers and per my request they have willingly sent me a couple of pictures to show one of their creations on the blog.  Thank you so much girls, I really have enjoyed seeing your work and reading your lovely emails.

Well the first one is from Christine Hussey and it is a beautiful card in shades of lilac using the adorable Sarah Kay images.  I don't think I have ever seen anything Sarah Kay and disliked it.  They are always, cute, well designed and useable and Christine has proved that with this fabulous card.  I adore the lovely flowers and that beautiful big scalloped diecut.

Well the next gorgeous card is from Jenny Lawrence, she has done a cascade of filigree flowers in shades of Teal & aqua blue on a gorgeous embossed background of white.  I don't think this is a Spellbinders embossing folder used here, as I don't recognise it.  Whatever make it is it is really pretty and very effective indeed.  Love the plaited ribbon and bow here too!

Again, thank you both for allowing me to Showcase your work, I do so love to see everyones creations. I am certain that everyone will enjoy seeing them as much as I have.

Ok, that is it for this morning.  I have another post at 12noon today with some more storage ideas and also a little tip for a bit of recycling.
Have a dry day all and be happy.  Hugs Linda xx

  1. Hi Linda,
thank you for showing my card today. I love the card made by Christine. You are right the scolloped circle is wonderful. The embossed background on mine is a spellbinders embossing folder. Its called enchanted. Have a great crafty day everyone.

  2. Hi

These two cards are lovely. Well done both Jenny and Christine. Lilac is one of my favourite colours. I had never used teal until I made a card for a friend her (favourite colour) and realised what a lovely colour it is.

We non- bloggers are very lucky to have you Linda to show our work. Thank you!

Look forward to your later post.

    love Christine x

  4. Hi Linda, a big thank you for showcasing my card today and for the kind comments. Well done Jenny I absolutely love teal and your use of the spellbinder products is great! The scalloped circle is a Marianne Design die that I purchased before getting hooked on Spellbinders. Have a great crafty day everyone, hugs Christine H xx
