What fabulous candy Linda. As Eileen said, whoever wins this will be a very lucky crafter indeed! I almost said lucky "lady" but there are so many guys crafting now, so who knows?

Sue that is fine sweetie, all are welcome blogged or not...lol!! May I ask why you haven't continued to do your blog? Good luck and Best wishes

Thanks so much Linda for including me. As for my blog... well it's a long story really. I was just looking to see what was involved and decided it looked a bit daunting and also I'm not sure if my cards are good enough. I do put cards onto my Do-crafts gallery though, that's where the name bearhouse comes from.
DeleteAll the best
Sue
Would love to win your candy. Making my own pins is my desired thing to do. Was tempted to order some from c&c on Friday after seeing Sue Wilson again with her wonderful demos, but resisted because I would never get into making my own if I have them ready made. So here's hoping. Thanks so much for the chance. Maureen
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeletethank you for a chance to win your lovely pins. I would be very interested in learning how to make them. Where do you purchase the long pins form? Have a great crafty day.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Hi Jenny, if you look on the right-hand side of my blog you will see the full list of my posts, look for the 'Decorative Pins Tutorial' and it gives you a list of the supplies needed with links to places I buy from plus all the instructions of how to make them. I hope that helps, if you need any other help or advice email me (click on my picture, email under my profile) and I will do what I can. Best wishes Linda x
DeleteHi Linda, seem to have my access back properly to your blog, so catching up with what I missed! Your pins are so pretty, after watching Sue Wilson's shows, I must admit they do add a certain something to finish a card off. You are so kind to offer them as candy, do hope I'm lucky enough to win, if not how can I purchase a kit to learn how to make them? Thank you so much, it's a very wet day here, can't craft with my calibur as not got it back yet, so I feel a stamping day coming on! Take care Alison:)

ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteLovely stick pins and cards!! Thank you for offering the chance to win some of them! Have a great day! Sheryl
Oh, your stick pins are absolutely gorgeous! I "discovered" you through Andrea Ewen's blog. She used one of your pins on a card, and I couldn't stop "oh-ing" and "ah-ing" (are those actual words - ha/ha)! Just exquisite! I don't have a blog. I'm relatively computer-challenged. I guess I spent too many years on the mission field in Kenya. The rest of the world marched on (technologically), and I'm a little behind. But, I do enjoy making cards, and seeing all the amazing talent out there in blog-land! Thank you for offering such fantastic "candy". {That's another thing it took me a while to figure out - ha/ha!)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stick pins!!! How generous of you to want to share these gorgeous pins-hope I get lucky lol
ReplyDeleteI, too, discovered your blog from Andrea Ewen's. Her card was lovely and had your stickpin on it.... absolutely beautiful! I'd love a chance to win some! And I do have a blog, but am still learning how to do it all, so I need some help....(ok, maybe lots of help, lol!)
ReplyDelete1) You said to leave a comment... in progress!
2) I'll be signing up as a follower before I leave your blog!
3) the "help" I need is putting a 'link' to your 'Candy' in my sidebar....
OK... I know how to add stuff through blogger to my sidebar, like a picture, and I can even 'attach' a link to that photo that goes to a certain other page where I want it to take someone who clicks it. Are you with me so far? :)... What I need to know is... what do you mean by "a link to my Candy"? Do you mean to this post? or to the photo of your lovely pins or something in your sidebar or somewhere else? Please LMK since I'm not understanding exactly what you mean. I'd be so happy to display a photo of your lovely pins that links to your BLOG (and I know how to do exactly that with your permission to use your photo! I've done several already from other talented ladies blogs!).... I'm just not understanding that particular phrase "a link to my Candy"! So.. HELP... and thanks so much! :)
Hi Paula,
DeleteThank you so much for your lovely comment and for taking the time to join me on the blog. The 'link' is just a link to this Candy post so that others will be on the correct page of my blog to comment and join in if they wish to. It is done exactly the way you have said, just go to top of this page, copy and paste its URL and put that as the link with the picture. Good luck in the draw. Hopefully it won't be too long now, as we are almost at the 60 followers. Take care Linda x
Got it!.... Thanks Linda :)
DeleteWhat a lovely idea the pins are beautiful, I have a trend at the moment -they are on all of my cards. Thanks
